Cancellation Policy
Voices in the Wild Artist Policy ______ Application & Approval • All artists must complete the official application form. • Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. • Only a select number of artists are accepted per production. ______ Payment & Booking • Approved artists will receive a private payment link. • Payment must be made in full within 48 hours to secure your spot or it will be released. • After payment, a Non-Disclosure & Non-Disparagemet Agreement (NDA) will be emailed and must be signed before your booking is confirmed. • Once payment and NDA are received, production details will be sent. Wild Tracks $550 | Wild Live w/Band $750 _______ Production Day • Each artist gets 30 minutes total recording time for a 7–8 min set (2–3 covers + 1 original). • Sets must be performed live in full. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits your slot without refund. ______ Rescheduling • Artists may reschedule to one of the next two available productions; beyond that counts as a cancellation. • 1st reschedule: Free if requested 7+ days before production. • 2nd reschedule: May be approved with a $50 fee. • Requests within 7 days usually incur a $75 fee, though exceptions apply for documented emergencies. • Out-of-town artists: Flight/weather cancellations may waive the fee with proof. • All materials (songs, stems, etc.) must stay the same—rescheduling doesn’t include set changes. ______ Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made within 48 hours (via email) of payment get a full refund. • No refunds after 48 hours—no exceptions. • After 48 hours, artists may reschedule instead (per the above policy). ______ No-Shows • Artists who don’t appear on production day without notice may be charged a $75 fee, payable before joining future productions. • Voices in the Wild may waive or adjust fees for documented emergencies. ______ Notes • Future production dates are announced by Voices in the Wild. • All policies are subject to change to protect the integrity of the brand and production.
